Biography
Joan Harrison’s work is informed by an interest in the vernacular, and an obsession with the secret life of objects and places. Her photographs, collages, and drawings have been widely exhibited and reproduced both here and abroad. She is a Professor of Art at LIU Post and author of three local histories in Arcadia publishing’s Images of America series. “Iterations” is her first video to be shown publicly.
