Established in 2004, the QCC Art Gallery Press is an independent publisher known for scholarly monographs and exhibition catalogues supporting the QCC Art Gallery’s mission to serve our students and community at large. Our publications focus on diverse art forms and artists of national and international interest.
In conjunction with the Gallery’s permanent collection and exhibition programming, QCC Art Gallery Press created JACANA: Journal of African Culture and New Approaches. JACANA encourages new ways of thinking about African culture including traditional art and contemporary art within the global context.
