Michel de Saint Ouen

Michel de Saint Ouen was born in Central Africa and educated in France. Self-taught and with a unique way with inks, his work has been widely exhibited and is in many important collections. A critic once described him as a phantasmagorical symbolist.

Pedro de Kastro

Pedro De Kastro was born in Lisbon in 1971. Pedro De Kastro’s imaginary landscapes are created with china ink techniques that recollect the European engraving techniques from the 18th and 19th centuries. His china ink drawings and etchings draw their oneiric atmosphere from the works of the great masters of engraving and illustration like Albrecht Dürer, Giovanni Battista Piranesi, or Gustave Doré.

Eike Erzmoneit

Born in 1948, Eike Erzmoneit grew up during the rebuilding of post-war Berlin, and in the shadow of the Berlin wall, escaped to London in 1973 where he qualified as a dental technician before following his love of music and becoming a professional drummer. A feature of his work is the imagery of the wall and his fascination for exploring the idea of changing dimensions exemplified by the space analogies.
